Hi, I'm Kit

The name came from real life. People kept coming to me for advice, and when I told them the truth they'd say, "Really?" — so I'd answer, "I KIT you not." Kit is my first name, so the line stuck.

The "Knot" showed up later, when I started thinking about actually making this podcast. It's a play on words: the whole show is about untangling life's knots — the messy, looped-up parts we all carry.

I KIT You Knot is the show I always wanted to listen to: unhurried conversations with people who have something tangled worth talking through. No interruptions for effect, no gotchas, no pretending anyone has it all figured out.
